Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the shoes to us in an unworn condition and in their original packaging, within 14 days of having received them and we will arrange a full refund, the postage charge is non-refundable. We will only exchange or refund goods that have not been used, worn, damaged or modified. We will only exchange or refund goods that are returned in their original undamaged packaging. Please ensure your name and address are clearly visible on the package. All shoe care products, bridal shoes and jewellery are non returnable.

Faulty Goods

No items will be replaced or refunded until they are returned to us.

If goods are returned with fault, they will be sent to the manufacturer. We will wait for the manufacturers decision regarding the item before replacing or refunding the goods. If the manufacturer decides the item has been damaged by the customer, no refund or refund will be given.

Damaged Goods

It is the customers responsibility to carefully check that all items received are undamaged and in a satisfactory condition.

Any claims in respect of damage, shortage or manufacturing fault must be made in writing to Desi Quinns Shoes, 16 Church Street, Enniskillen, Co. Fermangh, Northern Ireland, BT74 7EJ or by telephone to 028 66 322163 within 3 days of receipt of goods.

Shipping and packaging charges are non refundable.

If you returning items to us and they are lost in the postal service we do not accept responsibility. It is your responsibility to ensure items are returned to us in the condition in which they were received.
